Sandpiper 4B – Oceanfront – Pool – Beach
Newly remodeled, DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo with amazing views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean.
2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a sleeper sofa, sleeping 6 people total.
The condo has been completely remodeled and features high end finishes and contemporary design.
The building has a large swimming pool, private parking, and elevator.
Beach access is right outside the door, literally a few feet from the condo.
Private balcony with seating to enjoy the sunrise every morning or just spend lazy days watching the waves.
Inside you will find comfortable and stylish furniture, master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. LED Roku TV, and ocean views, second bedroom has two twin XL beds, that can be put together to form a King, LED Roku TV. In the living room there is a queen sofa sleeper (gel memory foam mattress). Large LED TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat all meals. Dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffee maker. There is a washer in dryer in the condo.
Condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and cable tv.
Certain breeds of small dogs are allowed. Please contact us before making a reservation. $200 pet fee applies.
Situated in South Jacksonville Beach, close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood with less traffic.

Great location - great ocean view. Clean and had all necessities. Provided beach towels which was an unexpected bonus! Walking distance to lots of places. Nice pool - too chilly to use but was clean and not crowded.

Sandpiper condo was in middle of a mud pit due to road work. No real access to beach. Contacted Kelecia at Opulent property management and she was able to move us to Beachdrifter. A nicer property with no construction work happening. Kudos to her!
