Serenity by the Sea features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and accommodates 12 guests. Separate Master Suite with extra sleeper sofa, large TV, and dedicated workspace with desk/chair. Amazing designer kitchen, well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy all your meals during your stay.

The townhome is situated in the beautiful Sawgrass community, well known for hosting the world famous TPC Sawgrass (PGA Tour Event) Guests can easily access the TPC course by shuttle.
Sawgrass has a private beach access only minutes away from the property. We strongly recommend renting beach bikes which you can take from the home to the beach access, only a 3–4-minute bike ride away (contact management for bike rentals)
The community is gated and is therefore a very safe and family friendly area

In the fully fenced in backyard, you will find comfortable seating, an oversized pool deck, grassy yard, a large sparkling heated pool, a swing set for the small ones, a private gym available for our guests over 18 years of age, and an updated dock, located directly on the tidal St. Johns, with great fishing and views!
