This amazing home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and is best suited for quieter groups; no parties or events of any kind are allowed. Beautiful newly rebuilt private dock sits right in the backyard, with deep water (tidal) dockage. Keep an eye on the underwater fluorescent green lights, nighttime action is guaranteed! Newly added Ms. Pac Man old school arcade game, very popular with kids of ALL ages., as well as a pool table. Pool heat is an optional extra at $25/day. Please note that pool heat can reach temperatures of 83 degrees but will not be as effective when temperatures drop 50 degrees as the air is too cold. Pool slide is no longer attached as some pictures might indicate. Small dogs are considered, for pre approved pets there will be a fee of $250 per pet.
