Take your beach chair and enjoy a whole day at the beach, or just a quick dip before relaxing at the large, covered patio with ample seating and propane BBQ for grilling with a view. In additional you can enjoy a private rooftop terrace featuring beautiful views of the beach and ocean, with all day Sunshine. Inside you will find a well-appointed condo, updated kitchen equipment, spacious living room with large Smart TV, comfortable couches and dining area. From the living room there are two large sliding doors open out to the large, covered patio where you can hear the waves, or just enjoy the calming ocean breeze with your morning coffee or glass of wine. Two bedrooms with two full bathrooms 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, both with comfortable mattresses and luxurious linens. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, and a TV in each room. Sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Kitchen is updated with new equipment for our guests to prepare and enjoy all meals during their stay.
