Starting June 1st, 2022, Sandpiper will reopen after completing an extensive 6-month remodel and upgrades, where the whole building has undergone extensive improvements, including fresh new paint colors. At this time, we are opening the calendar for reservations, as we have been told that everything is on track to be completed by that date. We may experience some shortage in parking, but there should be enough for one car per unit. There is also additional free public parking in area, if you have additional vehicles. Sandpiper has for many years been one of the most popular buildings along the ocean for travelers from near and far. The condo has been completely remodeled and features high end finishes and contemporary design. The building has a large swimming pool, private parking, and elevator. Beach access is right outside the door, literally a few feet from the condo. Private balcony with seating to enjoy the sunrise every morning, or just spend lazy days watching the waves. Inside you will find comfortable and stylish furniture, master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. LED Roku TV, and ocean views, second bedroom has two twin XL beds, that can be put together to form a King, LED Roku TV. In the living room there is a queen sofa sleeper (gel memory foam mattress). Large LED TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and eat all meals. Dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffee maker. There is a washer in dryer in the condo.
